Nutritionist, Integrative Health Coach, and your accountability partner for the 6-week program.
In my experience, I have noticed that people often run after a diet that worked for someone else without understanding the ins and outs of it. Just because it worked for someone, doesn’t mean it will work for you too.
The reality is that everyone’s body and lifestyle are different. And strict dieting or working out countless hours in the gym is not always the best solution.
